Abstract [en]

The purpose of this paper is to outline the dimensions of “sticking power” that can be used as a base for creating a survey designed to examine the culture of an organization and the retention of employees. The survey design is intended for later use in organizations to provide an understanding of ability to retain the “right” people as well as producing a high-quality product or service.
