Abstract [en]

The purpose is to explore whether the National Principal Training Programme in Sweden canfoster resilience and critical thinking. The theoretical starting point is the nonaffirmative theory.Questionnaires were administered four times throughout a year to investigate principals developmentof capabilities and competencies during the program. The findings showed that program hadstrengthened the ability to critically reflect. One conclusion is that the curriculum theory is animportant analytical tool to encourage the participants resilience.
