This study examines how experienced principals make sense of their professional learning in acrisis leadership course in Sweden. Using sense-making theory, it explores how the course developsresilience and leadership capabilities. Preliminary findings indicate that the course enhances crisisawareness, leadership confidence, and communication capabilities, fostering collaborative learningand preparedness. The study underscores the value of integrating theory with practice to cultivateresilient leadership, providing insights for ongoing professional development in crisis contexts.
