Detta projektarbete syftade att effektivisera företagsbyrån Fostiras webbproduktion. Arbetets mål var att framställa en slutrapport beståendes utav en analys av verksamhetens arbetssätt och en samling av utvecklingspunkter, samt en mängd effektiviseringsförslag till dessa punkter. Genomförandet delades upp i två distinkta faser – en utvärderingsfas där verksamhetens dåvarande produktionssätt kartlades och analyserades, och en undersökningsfas där effektiviseringsförslag till de problempunkter som framtogs under utvärderingsfasen utvecklades. Projektet resulterade i att utvärderingsfasen och undersökningsfasen genomfördes, men projektet han slutligen inte kulminera i den planerade slutrapporten på grund av tidsbrist. De utvecklingspunkter som upptäcktes, och de effektiviseringsförslag som framtogs för dessa, diskuterades istället med webbproduktionens medlemmar under projektets gång och verksamheten fick därmed insikt i hur deras produktion kunde effektiviseras.

The purpose of this project was to effectivize the business bureau Fostira’s production of websites. The goal of the project was to produce a rapport consisting of an analysis of the organisation’s work methodology and a collection of points of improvement, along with a set of effectivization suggestions for these points. The execution was divided into two distinct phases – an evaluation phase where the organisation’s existing production methodology was mapped out and analyzed, and a research phase where the effectivization suggestions to the points of improvement that were produced during the evaluation phase where developed. The project resulted in the completion of the evaluation phase and research phase, but did ultimately not culminate in the intended final rapport due to time constraints. The points of improvement that where discovered, as well as the effectivization suggestions that where produced for these, where instead discussed with the members of the web production department throughout the course of the project and the organisation was thereby given insight into how their production could be improved.
