    Today, there is much talk about good project culture at work. It is important to create a good experience of well-being and participation in the business and in its construction process. This is particularly important in the construction industry, as it involves many players in larger projects, which is a challenge in terms of communication.

     

    Construction projects are usually based on work in a project form and the creation of a good project culture becomes a leading issue in construction. There are several theories about how good teams are created, what different leadership styles are available. What we need is people that make us feel comfortable and feeling good. However it is the leader who has the ultimate responsibility and is a great influence of creating a good project culture. However, it is always good if the organization can develop guidelines for getting employees to understand what is expected of them. The behavior that the leader usually have affect the employees.

     

    The purpose of this study is to investigate what creates good conditions for achieving a good project culture in the construction process. What distinguishes the different influences theories in project culture from each other and how to proceed from these theories and develop them into a good project culture. What consequences has the leader's behavior towards his employees and what are the consequences of behavior.

     

    The study is carried out by analyzing completed material, as well as literature and scientific articles related to research questions. How to get a good project culture in the workplace. How important is the leader as well as the organization's attitude toward their employees.

     

    The result shows that what creates a good project culture is when the employee's needs are largely met. The project culture between employees is the best when they are a team.
