Abstract [en]

The aim with this study was to investigate the tourists’level of satisfaction concerning different sustainabilityfactors on ski resort in Jämtland Sweden, in order tofind key attributes that can work as a driver for sustainabletourism development in the region. The data wascollected by quantitative questionnaires consisting of42 attributes that was graded on a likert scale from 1 to6. The questionnaire was handed out to tourists at skiresorts in the county of Jamtland in Sweden. The resultcan be used for tourist producers in order to develop thesustainability aspects on the destinations. The preliminaryresult also shows that tourists do not find sustainabilityissues important when choosing ski resort.
