Studien bygger på en kvalitativ intervjustudie och observationer. Detta utfördes på tre olika förskoleavdelningar med syftet att undersöka om och i så fall hur förskolepedagoger arbetar med genus i sitt vardagsarbete, och vilka eventuella avtryck detta har i verksamheten.
