Abstract [en]

Managers are facing an overly complex situation. Delays and interdependencies between different logical levels in the or-ganisation cause unforeseen, and sometimes unwanted, consequences of any decision. By interacting with a multi layered organi-sation simulation model, anyhow, the un-derstanding of anticipation, agility, and learning may be improved and new insights will be generated.
