Abstract [en]

Summary feedback is important to may on your work. It is developing for the people that person and profession and that feedback can give an increased self-esteem, motivation and work blessing. Deficiency on feedback can lead to increased feelings of stress and it can evil to problems on the workplace. The aim with the study was to elucidate ambulance - and operation nurses' experience of feedback and if feedback influences the personnel's work satisfaction. As method, a qualitative content analysis was used and semistructurated interviews. Six ambulance nurses and six operation nurses were interviewed around the matter feedback. The interviews were recorded on tape and was typed down as text, that since was analyzed on the basis of a latent content's analysis and resulted in nine subtheme: that is developed in your work, sheep acknowledgment on that one a done good work, pride knows, fairy estimates curse reverse, motivation knows, the work becomes funnier, want to know, must be active in order to may to know, that few fairy curse reverse is positive and four themes: to be developed as professional person, that few acknowledgment is justifying, frustration knows and knows himself important. The result shows that the nurses experience feedback that something positive, it each development and the acknowledgment on that they had done a good job done the funnier to work and the work satisfaction increased. But most nurses experienced that they might for little feedback.

The nurses experience feedback as something positive and that it can lead to a better job satisfaction. If the nurses thinks it’s fun to work, the authors believes that the staff will do a better care. Both ambulance and operationnurses sees their patients for a short time, and that is why it can be extremely important for the nurses to think about giving feedback to each other. Feedback can make the nurses feel better.
