The goal of the project is to develop a proof of concept of a mobile app in the framework, React native, for the company Cioplus. The app will be developed in react native and Googles firebase will be used for the backend part to quickly get the app, up and running. The design is already finished beforehand so the focus of the project will be on the coding part. Authenciation by phonenumber will be used where the user will recieve a sms containing the authenciation code if a valid phonenumber is provided. A number of different community-created packages are used throughout the project to make the development easier. Only the android version of the app will be developed because the lack of Apple devices makes it impossible to develop an iOS version. Expo CLI will be used for the begining ofd the project for an easier start and allowed focus on the design aspect of the app to latter migrate to the barebone version. Flowcharts will be created to determine the flow in every maincomponents, and also planing of the components will be made to determine which parts of the design should be resuable across multiple page slike for example the menu and header. The resultet of the project was a working app containing the functions asked for at the begining so the compnay can use for userbality tests. All the problems from the start of the project was solved with both pros and cons.

Målet med projektet har varit att utveckla en proof of koncept av en mobil app i react native för företaget CioPlus. Appen kommer utvecklas med React native och google firebase kommer användas för back-end delen för att enkelt kunna få server-delen att fungera och fokusera på själva appen. Designen är redan färdig sedan innan, så fokus kommer ligga på att utveckla koden för appen. Autentisering med telefonumret används där man skriver in telefonumret och en kod skickas som sms. Flera olika paket användes från javascript community för att underlätta utvecklingen. Projektet begränsas endast till android versionen eftersom Apple enheter saknas.Expo CLI användes till en början för att enklare komma i gång med appen och fokusera på att få designen färdig för att sedan migrera till vanliga native. Flödeschema gjordes för att kunna se hur flödet för varje huvudkomponent är tänkt att se ut. Planeringen av komponeterna gjordes även för att undersöka vilka delar som kan göra återanvändbara för att användas på flera ställen. En lyssnare sattes upp mot en collection i databasen för att kunna få data i realtid för nyhetsflödet. Resultatet av arbetet blev en fungerade prototyp som företaget kan använda i syfte att utföra användartester med. En hel del problem stöttes på under utvecklingen på grund av användandet av ny teknik, men löstes genom olika lösningar med både fördelar och nackdelar.
