Abstract [en]

The main goal with this paper is to describe the workflow during the build of an MVP (Minimal Viable Product) targeting a technical platform, as well as evaluating if the approach being used for this specific MVP is something to strive for. This paper contains the actions and decisions being made from the start of the technical development and forward. Different parts like development, project management, design and economic impact are being presented. The steps regarding implementation of these different parts are being explained throughout the paper and in the end an evaluation and a retrospective takes place.

Målet med denna rapport är att beskriva arbetsflödet under uppbyggnaden av en teknikinriktad MVP (Minimal Viable Product), samt att utvärdera om approachen som använts för att skapa just denna MVP är att eftersträva. Rapporten hanterar tidsspannet från det att själva utformningen av MVP:n startar och framåt. Olika delar såsom utveckling, projektledning, design och ekonomisk inverkan presenteras. Stegen för genomförande förklaras och rapporten avslutas med en utvärdering av resultatet samt ett retrospektiv.
