Abstract [sv]

Förändringsarbetei samband med kvalitetsutveckling får allt större fokus idag då det har så storpåverkan på ett företags produktivitet och konkurrenskraft i en globaliseradomvärld med ökad konkurrensutsättning. Förändringsarbete, och därmed utvecklingav verksamheten kräver medarbetarnas engagemang och deltagande genom helaprocessen för att lyckas och bli framgångsrikt. Syftet med detta arbete är attundersöka hur man, i en större offentlig organisation, valt att arbeta meddelaktighet under en organisationsförändring. Målet medorganisationsförändringen var att bilda en ny enhet med en ny enhetschef.Studien är en kvalitativ fallstudie där medarbetare och enhetschef i enhetenhar intervjuats om sina upplevelser av den specifika förändringen, samt att materialsom tagits fram i samband med förändringen har studerats för att kunnatriangulera studien. Intervjuerna transkriberades och analyserades med hjälp avsläktskapsdiagram vilket resulterade i ett antal olika kategorier. Resultatetvisar att både medarbetarna och chefen på den aktuella enheten samtmedarbetarnas tidigare chefer tycker att delaktighet vid förändringar ärviktigt och de arbetar aktivt för att skapa det. Medarbetarna lyfter fram bådesin egen roll och en bra chef som framgångsfaktorer för en lyckad förändring.Viktiga delar är; att vara en del av beslutstagandet, strukturerade sätt attgöra medarbetarna delaktiga under hela förändringsarbetet, löpande information,gemensamt samarbete och en tillförlitlig ledare

Abstract [en]

Total Quality management in   cooperation with work of change in organisations has got a lot of attention   today due to that it has remarkable influence on different companies   productivity and competitiveness in a world that is dependent on   globalisation. The aim of this paper is to explore how a large public   organisation has applied participation among the coworkers during a change of   work in the organisation. The main goal of the change is to form a new unit   with a new leader for this unit. The study is a qualitative case study were   both coworkers and the leader of the unit has been interviewed. Material that   was used in connection with the change in the organisation has been applied   with the purpose to triangulate the study and make the credibility of the   study stronger. The interviews that was made was transcribed and analyzed   with the help of charts for a better understanding. The analyze resulted in   several different categories witch the coworkers highlighted as important in   this specific change of the organisation. The result shows that both the   coworkers and the new leader in the unit believes that participation in   connection with change is of importance and that they are working active to   create participation. The coworkers centralizes their own role and a good   leader as successfactors for a successful change. Important factors in the   change are being a part of the decision, structured ways to create   participation throughout the whole change, extended information and a   trustworthy leader.
