Se aborda el tema de la recomposición y transformación del Estado chileno en contextos post-dictadura hacia el neoliberalismo en su relación con los Pueblos Indígenas en el sur de Chile y cuáles han sido los efectos de la globalización y las instituciones internacionales (BID, BM, OMC) en la implementación del multiculturalismo.
