Abstract [en]

The civil and the religious war in Syria is one of the brutal war and most complex war in modern history and society. Many of the Syrian people have been pushed out from their own country to escape both to the neighbor countries and to many European countries. Turkey plays a big role in to be the new host country. There are a lot of non-governmental-organizations who want to support Syrian refugee children in Istanbul. Not every NGO request their volunteers to have an experience and related education. This qualitative study with semi-interviews will exams volunteers view of being a volunteer and their view of volunteering with Syrian refugee children in Turkey and their own view of their own knowledge to support the refugee children.
